OURNAC FRÈRES PINOT NOIR
OURNAC FRÈRES PINOT NOIR - DOMAINE COUDOULET

"An atypical grape variety for the region, Pinot Noir has established itself in the Minervois in the same way that Burgundy has become the most sought-after region in the world in recent years.
Often over-extracted and over-alcoholic in the Languedoc climate, this grape variety has undergone a revival since Camille’s arrival—Pierre-André's son—at Domaine Coudoulet. A Burgundian oenologist who has had numerous experiences in cooler climate vineyards of the world (New Zealand, Chile, South Africa, etc.), Camille with his father’s consent chose to work the Pinot Noir with finesse, looking for more specific maturities to keep freshness in the wines. This new world Pinot will delight your taste buds."
