OURNAC FRÈRES PETITE SYRAH
OURNAC FRÈRES PETITE SYRAH - DOMAINE COUDOULET

"Eager to explore his terroir in order to discover new products, Pierre-André Ournac has planted over 20 different grape varieties in the past 30 years. The Petite Syrah is an old French grape variety originating from the Drôme. A cross between Syrah and Peloursin, it was exported to Australia under the name Durif as well as to the vineyards of California.
This cuvée is the result of a collaboration between a Portuguese trainee and Pierre-André Ournac when they decided to practice the so-called integral vinification (in open barrels) using as little input as possible."
