Domaine Les Sadons is a family estate of over 2 acres in AOC PAUILLAC. It is located in Saint-Lambert and consists of four plots of land alongside those of Châteaux Pichon Comtesse and Pichon Baron.

After working for about thirty years in the wine storehouse of a Grand Cru in Pauillac, taking part in all stages of the wine making process, Alain decided to launch Domaine Les Sadons in SAINT-LAMBERT, his native village.

The estate's vineyard consists of 25% Merlot and 72% Cabernet Sauvignon. Planted in 2000 and 2001, the grape varieties now also include 3% Petit Verdot.

The Domaine is run on the basis of integrated vineyard management methods without herbicides and 90% of the treatment of the grapes are non-certified organic. All soil work is carried out mechanically and most of the work is done by hand. Wine blends spend 18 months in barrels, 60% of which are new and 40% are barrels of 1 wine.
