CHÂTEAU SAINT-HILAIRE CRU BOURGEOIS
CHÂTEAU SAINT-HILAIRE MÉDOC CRU BOURGEOIS 2016 -
DOMAINES UIJTTEWAAL

Château SAINT-HILAIRE is the first vineyard planted by Adrien Uijttewaal in 1982 in JAU-DIGNAC-et-LOIRAC, on deep gravelly hillsides overlooking the Gironde estuary.
He chose the name "Saint Hilaire" in honour of his native village in Limousin and of the Saint of the village of Queyrac where he decided to vinify his harvest in 1995 directly at the property to create a powerfully refined and elegant wine.
Château Saint-Hilaire was classified Cru Bourgeois in 2003 and Cru Bourgeois Supérieur in 2018.
