Our Raspberry Gin is made in tiny batches with Badachro Gin and Highland raspberries. With a deep red colour and clear raspberry nose, this 33% ABV gin is a true Raspberry Gin, not a sweet liqueur.
In the mouth, raspberry dominates and then gives way to the complexity of juniper & myrtle. Ideal on ice, with tonic or even a little lemonade.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Loads of fresh Scottish raspberries.
PALATE: Again, loads of fresh Scottish raspberries.
FINISH: The raspberry gradually gives way to the soft juniper support of the Badachro Gin on which it is based.
PERFECT SERVE: Straight, on ice, or as a long drink paired with a slightly sweet tonic or lemonade.
