135° EAST HYOGO GIN - KAIKYO DISTILLERY

"After a lengthy period of distilling test botanicals, more than 35 different individual Japanese herbs, fruits and spices were considered. Kimio Yonezawa, the company’s head distiller, blender and Toji (master brewer) personally chose his selection to add to the traditional gin botanical set and complete the balance and flavour profile of the 135° East Hyogo Gin.
These include Chrysanthemum Flowers, Shiso Leaf, Yuzu Citrus Peel, Cedar Wood and Sancho Pepper berries, each contributing a little extra to the depth, bouquet and intrigue of our Japanese Gin."
